Born and raised in Virginia, as a young adult Joe entered the U.S. Air Force.  Stationed in England Joe was destined to meet and later marry Diane---they have two children and three grandchildren. 

After serving in the military Joe joined the team at Lockheed Martin Aircraft Corporation in Marietta Ga.  As the Quality Control Manager after working for Lockheed for 33 years Joe chose early retirement and began a greater involvement with the ministry of spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
