Where there is no vision, the people cast off restraint” [Proverbs 29:18]

The shifting sands of ebb and flow made the silence a thunder and memories of yesterdays visioning too numerous to begin again.   Yet here I was listening again to the Spirit whisper, What’s the vision, not the vision of others that you so willingly help to develop, what’s your personal vision.

Getting rid of the hearts clutter is dangerous—it means a new look at what has been set aside, buried, neglected or just waiting for God’s perfect time.   Time to, “Take stock of yourself spiritually and see whether you have ideals only or if you have vision.”  [Oswald Chambers]

Ministry growth like life runs along the rails and off the charts without vision, without the single view of what will it look like, where is the light of guidance shining from, what form does it take or what concrete shape does the purpose and mission of this season take?  These were the questions burning my heart as the heat of the sand burned my toes.

The ‘but’ of my heart was answered immediately by the Lord,”Diane if you began today, in three years you could influence all the generations to come”.  I knew what He meant, you are not too old, and you have all the time you need to fulfill My purpose and plan for your life!  What I accomplished in three years you too can accomplish when My plan is in operation.

But first there must be the vision, the courage to write it down and share it.    Our vision is that we would establish a Unique By Design training and development center.  Our slogan is Coaching for life—Training for Mission

Three is perfect timing.  It’s the fullness of God to impact the world for man’s salvation.  Whatever the dream, whatever the vision when its God’s plan it cannot fail, the dream or vision becomes the prayer power for new and greater things in God.
