”…small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life and only a few find it.”     Matthew 7:14

Being in the world yet not of it and walking the narrow path with balance is sometimes difficult. If the Word provides the boundary lines, then “catching the wind” is the balance wheel of life.

Uniquely designed for each one who steps onto the path of life, the atmosphere of the journey is the same.  It is the atmosphere of the kingdom of God.  Jesus said the kingdom of God is within you.  It is around you.  It is upon you. Within the wheel, the lessons of life are revealed many times over until the depth of life matches the height and breadth, and true riches fill from center to outer rim.

In the beginning, God!   Elohim, the Hebrew name for God is plural.  Our God is three in one, the well balanced harmony of creation—Father, Son and Holy Spirit.  God has made man in His image and, though in darkness, man in his humanity is physically triune: body, soul and spirit!  In the darkness of death and sin, man came into this world, but when Christ takes His place in the heart of man, the power of balance flows through.   Man’s spirit once alive is the gateway to communion with His God.  The soul, the real self, connects with self.  The body connects with the world and the power of harmony flows.  This is catching the wind and the reason why we must never neglect spirit, soul or body.
