Rejoice in the Lord always, I will say it again: Rejoice!”  [Philippians 4:4]

Accelerated change is the way of this millennium get used to it.  It leaves many stuck in the prison of negative thinking, depression, absorbed with bad news—growing a garden of fear and anxiety and longing for yesterday.  Get over it.

The guys in the adjoining prison cell to Paul weren’t praising God—but the sound coming from Paul’s cell had enough power to set them free!  ”About midnight Paul and Silas were praying and singing hymns to God, and the other prisoners were listening to them …there was a violent earthquake…at once …the prison doors few open…everybody’s  chains came loose” [Acts 16:26]

Read that again, even the ‘bad’ guy’s chains fell off!  You may not feel like singing, but listen to those that are and you will be set-free from your doom and gloom!  Faith will come alive and work through the acceleration of change.

If you want a breakthrough in your world allow the outward changes to produce a pathway to your heart —regardless of circumstances.  The power of praise will awaken your faith to become substance and stir up a living hope.

Well being is not predicated on feelings — on the stock market or the weather—well being the state of being at peace, contented, confident and yes even joyful is based on the attitude of your heart—praise is the antidote so turn on the praise, listen, and watch the pressure pass.
