Immediately he received his sight and followed Jesus along the road. ”  [Mark 10:52b]

The reason for faith that is focused on the need is that it produces fruit that follows Jesus Christ!  No man having been touched by the Master has mixed priorities—there’s a road to journey down and a leader to follow.   If priorities are mixed you may be enjoying your journey but it’s all a delusion—you’re on the wrong road and there’s a cliff up ahead.

Following Christ is the bottom line purpose and spearhead of direction for every disciple—He will lead you into places and people whose need will overwhelm you but His Presence will overshadow and provide for the need.

Following Christ will cause a dangerous sense of forgetting about yourself and viewing all of life as an assignment waiting for you to fill in the order—healing, delivering, and making whole the brokenness in our society.

Following Christ results in you becoming strong, stable and ready to serve in the revival that happens when a man hears the words—”What do you want me to do for you?.” [v51a]
