to be put into effect when the times will have reached their fulfillment…” [Ephesians 1:10 NIV]

The closer we come to ‘end times’ the greater the ‘fullness’ of God will be seen.  God does not keep things hidden, but He does have a specific time of revelation.  ”Surely the Sovereign Lord does nothing without revealing his plan to his servants the prophets.” [Amos 3:7]   The ability to see spiritual truth is found in the light of His Presence and His own perfect timing.

In the vision given to Daniel it is written,”Those who are wise will shine like the brightness of the heavens, and those who lead many to righteousness, like the stars for ever and ever.” [Daniel 12:3]  We shall all be known for whose we are; the fullness of the Spirit will prove itself.  If love is the primary ingredient then wisdom holds hands with love, but it is a love that suffering has produced and wisdom flowing from ‘the other-side’.

Shut out suffering and you see only one side of this strange and fearful thing, the life of man.  Brightness, happiness and rest, which are not life.  It is only one side of life.  Christ saw both sides.  [R.W.Robertson]  ”I reckon that the sufferings we now endure bear no comparison with the splendour, as yet unrevealed, which is in store for us” [Romans 8:18]
