“I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End, says the Lord God, He Who is and Who was and Who is to come, the Almighty the ruler of all” [Revelation1:8 AMP]
As we move into the season of incarnation we see the physical manifestation of the mystery of which Paul speaks. Following Christ as He grows unfolds the love, the wisdom and the value of listening fills us with hope and ever increasing hunger to know Him.
As we reach with hope in this season of giving, pause for awhile and remember Jesus is coming again soon and when He does it will not be as a little child, but as King of Kings and Lord of Lords! Know that even now preparation is being made to usher in the grand finale. This year has been extremely hard for many, but that’s because His preparation is our preparation—His bride is making herself ready.
Whatever you face at the closing of this year take the time to sift through the moments of sadness, the gratitude of blessing, the victories and the defeats and know He is still God–”the same yesterday, today and forever” with Him is peace and everlasting joy!
Give praise to Him who ever loves us and has once for all loosed and freed us from our sins by His own blood, let praise break open every prison door of depression, every disappointment or delayed answer to prayer—and know He is still God!
