”…don’t get worked up about what may or may not happen tomorrow.  God will help you deal with whatever hard things come up when the time comes” [Matt. 6:34 The Message]

For some years now we have heard people wonder and question…where is this supernatural God of the bible—the One that works in foreign lands with miracles and awesome deeds?

When the time comes —the common denominator of the bible times and of foreign fields and nations is this,  ”…God heard their groaning, and God remembered His covenant…” [Exodus 2:24]  Total dependency on God is the place of supernatural power—the place of miracles—the moment of divine intervention—when the people turn to God!

A new perspective is all about believing and trusting in the God of the bible.  When you’ve done all you can do… its enough!  Diligence requires you keep on keeping on whilst your heart is resting in God.  Believing along with Jesus that ”…My Father is always working…” [John 5:17] In the New Testament the emphasis is not on believing, but on receiving.  The word “believe” means to commit—a commitment in order to receive.” [Oswald Chambers]  Believing is seeing on the  other side of the mountain! And receiving is resting in God.

Though your way may be hard and your heart often heavy believe He is working to make things ready.  His plan cannot fail—His purpose not falter, no wisdom of man your destiny alter.  So go to the mountain of Zion and know like Sarah your promise of blessing He’ll bestow.  Keep working without what He’s invested within and ready yourself your crown to win.
